2. Ingredients

Sugared Rim

  • Lemon wedge
  • 2 tbsp raw cane sugar
  • 1 tbsp crushed & dried hibiscus leaves

Seven Blossoms Simple Syrup

  • 2 bags Seven Blossoms Tea
  • ½ cup light agave syrup
  • ½ cup water

Seven Blossoms Spritz

  • ⅓ cup raspberries, muddled
  • 1 oz Seven Blossoms Simple Syrup
  • 1 oz lemon juice, freshly squeezed
  • 3 oz Club soda
  • Garnish: Lemon Twist

3. Directions

  • Prepare serving glass. Run a lemon wedge over the side of a wine glass to lightly wet. Spread the cane sugar and hibiscus leaves over a flat plate. Gently roll the wetted glass over the sugar mixture until lightly coated. Set aside.
  • Prepare the Seven Blossoms Simple Syrup. Bring a kettle of water to a boil. Once boiling, remove from heat to cool slightly. In a heat-proof bowl, add the agave syrup, and 1/2 cup water. Mix until completely dissolved, add the Seven Blossoms Tea, cover, and set aside to steep for 10 minutes.
  • Prepare the Seven Blossoms Spritz. In a mixing glass, add the raspberries and 1 ounce of the Seven Blossoms Simple Syrup. Using a muddler, smash the raspberries until they are crushed. Add the lemon juice and 1 cup of ice. Stir for 15 seconds, or until the corners of the ice cubes are rounded.
  • Add ice to the prepared glass, and strain the mixture into the glass. Top with soda water, garnish with a lemon twist, and enjoy.
